Another year is in the books as we close out 2024. Before we look ahead to 2025, we want to take a minute to remember all of the great moments, events and experiences from the last 12 months. We are beyond grateful to be a part of communities that support the neighbours and businesses around them. This last year wouldn’t have been possible without your support, so before we take a walk down memory lane, we want to thank YOU for being a part of this story.
We started off the year by celebrating the Airdrie babies of 2023 with Airdrie Life Magazine and our 3rd children’s book. Those little ones are the future of our communities! We spent time with the rest of the families in our community at our Bayview Movie in the Park event. With blankets, popcorn and our neighbours, we enjoyed Encanto in the fresh air.
Where would we be without the continued expansion of our communities? Our builder partners work hard to build quality homes for you and your family. Driving through the streets of each of our communities, we are so proud of the craftsmanship that is the foundation of the neighbourhoods.
Bayview opened up the next phase with a new row of beautifully designed show homes. The hockey-themed Grand Opening party was a lot of fun and we loved getting to meet you in person. Only a few weeks later, we were in Lewiston, celebrating the opening of the community with a mobile escape room, hand crafted coffee and delicious food. Logan Landing is worth noting, we got together for a sneak peek of what is to come next year.
Speaking of building houses, our builder partner roster continues to grow. We added Boradview, Cedarglen, Trico Homes and Sterling Homes to our Genesis Land family and we are excited to see our new communities come together with the help of these stand out builders.
